Baseball Season KitMiddle School
At 13–14 the field gets bigger and the game gets faster: runners lead, pitchers hold them, and every bunt and first-and-third needs a call. This kit teaches it all in station-based practices, and keeps young arms healthy while you do.

Questions
I'm a PE teacher. Does this work for class?+
Yes. Each kit has a "For PE Teachers" section that turns the season into a 12-lesson unit for 45-minute classes of 20–30 students, with a page on scaling every drill for a class, a unit plan mapped to the National PE Standards, a skills rubric with a class assessment grid, class management tips and an exit ticket for every lesson.
I've never coached (or played). Will this work for me?+
That's exactly who it's for. Every practice is planned to the minute, every drill has a diagram and the exact words to say, and the kit starts with a "First 48 Hours" checklist. If you can read a recipe, you can run these practices.
What age is it for?+
Each sport has three kits, each written for its age: Youth 9–12 (grades 3–6), Middle School 13–14 (grades 7–8) and High School 15–17 (grades 9–12). The teen kits add tryouts, roles, player development plans, scouting and situation cards.
Is it a physical product?+
No — it's an instant PDF download, formatted for US Letter paper and designed to print well in black and white on a home printer. Print only the pages you need each week.
Is it a subscription?+
No. One payment, and you keep it. When we update the kit for next season, you get the new version free.
What if my league has different rules?+
Every kit starts with a League Rules Cheat Sheet so you can note your league's specifics. Drills and plans work with any rec league; your league's rules always come first.
Can I share it with my assistant coach?+
Yes — print whatever your team needs, and share printed pages with your assistant. Please don't share the file itself; each download is personalized to the buyer. Coaching a whole league? Email us about a club license.
